AK-47/AKM hybrid

Hello everyone again, the next weapon I'll show you today in this drawing is this assault rifle which, as its name suggests, is a hybrid between an AK-47 Type 3 rifle and an AKM rifle, both weapons created in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, known by its acronym USSR or also known as the former Soviet Union. It is an AK-47 Type 3 assault rifle that has the pistol grip, rifled top cover, barrel, gas system, front sight block, and muzzle brake of the AKM assault rifle barrel. This drawing is made to reflect that the parts of the AK-47 and AKM assault rifles are fully compatible with each other, regardless of whether they are original versions from Russia and the former Soviet Union or almost all types of foreign versions, with the exception of the Czechoslovakian Samopal Vz. 58 assault rifles, the Finnish Valmet RK-62, and the Yugoslavian Zastava M70. These types of Kalashnikov assault rifles, which are combinations of parts from different versions, are very common in almost all countries in the world whose security forces have AK assault rifles as their main standard weapons, including Russia, Ukraine, Palestine, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, Mali, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, countries currently at war. The reasons why there are Kalashnikov assault rifles that combine parts from different versions are the following: While many weapons factories around the world (both legal and illegal) usually manufacture AK rifles directly in this way, (such as the Bulgarian Arsenal AR assault rifles, the Polish Karabinek, the Ukrainian AKMS SB, the Iranian DIO KL-7´62, the North Korean Type 68, the Indian Trichy AK-7, etc.) these kinds of modifications also arise as a result of repairs performed on Kalashnikov rifles that are damaged during wars. For example, if a soldier is going to repair his AK-47 rifle because it broke down in the middle of the war and can't find AK-47 spare parts, he can pick up AKM spare parts (either original Soviet or any foreign version), and the AKM parts fit perfectly with the parts of his AK-47 rifle, as you can see here. These modifications also arise to try to improve the ergonomics, handling, and accuracy of Kalashnikov assault rifles, especially in specific situations. I'm showing you this hybrid assault rifle, a combination of an AK-47 and an AKM rifle, because, in my personal opinion, I quite like it. And I hope you also like my new work of art, and, as I always say, another cordial greeting. Until next time!
